Shipping Locations: We are based in Leeds, UK, but our orders are shipped by our production partners who handle all the printing. The shipping locations and estimated delivery times for specific regions are as follows:

  • UK: 2 - 5 Business days (Shipped from the UK)
  • European Union: 4 - 8 Business days (Shipped from Italy)
  • USA: 4 - 8 Business days (Shipped from the USA)
  • Canada: 7 - 12 Business days (Shipped from the USA)
  • Australia: 3 - 7 Business days (Shipped from Australia)
  • New Zealand: 7 - 12 Business days (Shipped from Australia)
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 14 Business days (Usually shipped from the UK)

Please note that the estimated delivery times are business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, natural disasters, or other exceptional situations may affect the delivery timeframe. We kindly request your understanding in such cases.

 

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will require you to provide relevant details and photographs of the damaged or defective item. Upon verification, we will be happy to offer you a replacement.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive the correct item promptly.

  3. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in such cases. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund for the product's purchase price. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All change of mind returns will need to be returned back to our UK address.

  4. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary details.

Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your returned item for the refund to be processed.
